The Maintenance Standards for Roller Crusher


In terms of the commissioning of the roller crusher, you should pay attention to the following matters before the commissioning. First, you should check if all fastening parts are fastened. Second, check if the gap between the rollers has adjusted to the desired size. Third, check if the oil of the various lubricating parts is enough. Forth, check if there are metal objects or other debris falling into the spring. Fifth, check if there are obstructions around the machine to interfere the normal operation of the equipment.
For the empty load test of the roller crusher, the unloaded load test should be not less than two hours. The temperature of the bearing must not exceed 60 °C. The coupling should rotate flexibly. The temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 70 °C.  The sealing should be good. The equipment should run smoothly and there should be no obvious sound of the roll gaps.
For the load test of the roller crusher, you can start the load test of the roller crusher if the roller crusher is normal after the empty load test. The load test should not be less than four hours. The spring force should be uniform. There should be no strong vibration for the machine body.  The lubrication should meet the requirements. The current of the motor should not exceed the specified value.
The maintenance quality standards of the roller crusher should meet the followings.
First, the lognitudinal level degree should not exceed 0.2/1000.
Second, when you assemble the sliding bearing, you should carry out the scraping for the bearing and the spherical surface to make it meet the following requirements. The contact cambered surface between the bearing bush and journal should be 1OO to120 degrees. The tip clearance between the bearing bush and the journal should be 0.10% to 0.15% of the diameter of the journal. The side gap of on each side should be 50% to 70% of the tip clearance. The contact area of the spherical bush should not be less than 60% of the total area of the spherical area and it should be concentrated in the intermediate position.
Third, when you assemble the rollers, the height difference of the patching of the roll skin should not be more than 3mm.
Forth, the gap between the movable roller and the fixing roller should be 4mm to 10mm. The gap can be adjusted according to production needs.
