Force Analysis for Spindle of the Gyratory Crusher

Second, in terms of the calculation for the strength of the spindle, the spindle is a very important component for the gyrator crusher machine. Therefore, the spindle must have the sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the normal operation of the crusher machine. The actual production experience has told us that the breakage of the main shaft mainly occurs at the tool withdrawal groove of the upper screw thread, the bottom between the lower part and the cone body and the interface between two different diameters. Therefore, the strength of the spindle can be calculated according to the working conditions and the iron conditions.
Third, for the calculation of the frame, according to the analysis for the strength and the stiffness for the frame, the stress generated at the intersection between the surface of the vertical ribs and the bottom flange is very large.
