The rack for welding the steel plate is the basic skeleton for the installation of all the parts. The fixed jaw and the moving jaw are fixed on the jaw plate by the crushing plate and the bolts which are made of the manganese steel. In order to improve the crushing effect, there are longitudinal corrugations on the surface of the crushing plate and the corrugations are relatively uneven. There are manganese steel lining plates installed on both sides of the wall of the crushing cavity wall. Since the wear of the crushing plate is small and even, the lower part of the lining plate is worn seriously. To this end, the crushing plate is often made vertically symmetrical. In this way, after the lower part of the crushing plate has been worn, we can convert it for repeated use. The crushing plate of the large crusher is composed of many pieces of blocks, and each of the blocks can be interchanged, which can extend the period of use of the crushing plate. In order to make the crushing plate and the jaw plate can fit closely, there should be a liner which is made of a kind of plastic material between the crushing plate and the jaw plate. The liner is made of the zinc alloy or the aluminium sheet that should be very plastic. If the fit is not close, it will cause great local overload, which will damage the crushing plate, snap the tightening bolts or even cause the fracture of the moving jaw. The moving jaw plate is hung on the mandrel, and the mandrel is supported on the sliding bearing on the side wall of the rack. The moving jaw plate does the reciprocating swing around the mandrel relative to the fixed jaw plate.
The swing of the moving jaw plate is achieved by the crank and double rocker mechanism. The crank and double rocker mechanism is composed by the eccentric shaft, connecting rod, the former thrust board (antecubital board), and back thrust plate (back brackets). The eccentric shaft is installed in the main bearing on the side wall of the rack. The connecting rod (the upper link head) is mounted on the eccentric portion of the eccentric shaft.
