In fact, the media filling rate and the rotational speed of the ball mill together impact the ball mill. If we only analyze one of the factors, the results obtained are only one-sided. As a result, we should combine the two factors. In this way, we can get reasonable analysis results, which can be proved in the future analysis calculation.
The critical speed of the ball mil refers the instantaneous speed. In the changing process of the cylinder of the mill from slow to fast, the medium in the outermost layer of the mill does uniform circular motion with the inner wall of the liner of cylinder. The medium moves to the highest point but not falls down. When the mill is in the critical speed, the grinding media and the grinding materials in the outermost layer rotate with the mill. There is almost no relative impact. The critical speed of the mill is often regarded as a reference standard for the suitable rotational sped and the actual working rotational speed in the research of the ball mill. The domestic and foreign experts have done a lot of research work and the formulas are also numerous. The grinding media can be divided into dynamic and static, so the grinding media filling ratio is also can be divided into dynamic and static.
