The correct operation and maintenance of hammer crusher should follow the following points. First, you should carefully check the lubrication of the all parts of crusher before starting the machine. Check if the oil is adequacy and if the oil seal is reliable. Second, fasten the various parts. Check if there are sundries in the crusher, especially the iron pieces. Check if the tube is smooth. Third, check if the rotation of the rotor is correct (especially the irreversible hammer crusher). Check if the electrical meter is intact and if the safety protection devices are installed. When the above are normal and correct, you can start the machine according to the following order, namely, the discharge conveyor device, crusher, the feeding device, the feeding conveyor device of the materials to be crusher.
