Disposal Status and New Model of Construction Waste


Over time, cycle and reuse career of the domestic construction waste is gradually on the right track. Lots of local governments have introduced policies to support the steady development of the industry. However, there are still problems about domestic construction waste disposal.
First, construction waste is treated, but the consumptive venues are still insufficient.

On the other hand, even if the deep processing of construction waste is not be affected, conservation and storage of finished goods need a lot of venues, which is likely to cause the backlog of the products the production halts. Second, the facilities are outdated which can not be used for classified processing.
Let’s take the construction waste brick-making factory for an example, the fixed crushing equipment is mainly used. Therefore, the construction waste can not be classified so that the brick products made of raw material with different quality are different in weight, strength and quality.
Third, the construction waste will cause secondary pollution for the environmental programmes.We should avoid the pollution of the construction waste in terms of in terms of noise, dust and soot.
Forth, the fixed crushing equipment is used which cause transhipment charges of thegarbage. It is understood that the storage of the construction wastes in the building waste treatment plants occupy about half of the area of plant.
For the above reasons, the construction waste treatment plants have turned to the exploration of the new model. They mainly use the environmentally advanced mobile crushing station. The device can effectively solve the above problems. The range of the application of the mobile crusher will increase, which is mainly used for municipal, highway and construction industry.
Most construction waste treatment plants exit as a "material supply base" model. The construction waste should be classified at first, and then it can be used for municipal road and highway construction, such as cement stabilized layer processing, sidewalks grassroots, backfilling of the pipe pit and soft ground treatment. This processing mode not only creates considerable economic benefits for many companies, but also brings excellent social effects.
